Construction ERP Intelligence Copilot

One project view for cost, delivery and settlement risk. Every flag links to the exact transaction behind it.

“Multi-risk” means at least one active flag in any domain. “Fully clean” means no active flags in this snapshot; historical issues may still exist.

How flags, dates and citations work

All matching records: project_id joins all cost, purchase-order and invoice records to dim_project. The Copilot cross_reference sample is retained for provenance checks, not used to limit the records.

Active cost risk: at least one answer-key Y record in that project's latest available cost month. CPI = summed earned value / summed actual cost; SPI = summed earned value / summed budgeted cost for that month. The answer-key flag is independent of these aggregate ratios. This view does not rerun Project 1's historical two-month-streak model.

Procurement: every answer-key Y order is shown. A flag is active only when actual_delivery_date is blank. Delivered flags stay visible as historical issues and are excluded from the active-risk count.

Receivables & Payables: both AR and AP answer-key Y invoices are shown. A flag is active when payment_date is blank and status is not Paid, Cancelled or Void. Settled flags, if present, are historical.

Snapshot, not live status: completion dates and statuses are used exactly as supplied; no current-date cutoff or prediction is applied. Cost months, order dates and invoice dates need not align. Each source-ID button opens the original fact record and its answer-key entry. Amounts are INR. No extra synthetic records are generated.
